I reached out to Rhino Rack because I was having a fitting issue with my roof rack... They did get back to me, but it took a couple days longer than I was expecting!!! The person I talked to was nice enough, and they did give me the info I needed, but there was a bit of back and forth before everything was actually clear?? Overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either... If they had replied a little faster, it would’ve been way better!!!

I picked up a roof rack setup from rhinorack after looking at a few cheaper options, and I’m happy with it. The price felt totally fair, and the quality is actually better than I expected for the money. Shipping was okay, nothing crazy fast, but it arrived fine and everything fit without me having to buy a bunch of extra random parts. It’s definitely not the cheapest one out there, but it feels really worth it. I’d buy from them again

I was a little worried it might be a pain to put together, but the instructions were easy to follow. I only had to go back and reread one section twice, and after that the rack went on without much trouble. Definitely felt relieved once I got it done.

Checkout worked fine overall, but it was a bit slow. I kind of regret not giving myself more time because I ended up feeling a little impatient waiting for everything to go through

The rack matched my vehicle details perfectly. It went on easily, sits solid, and didn’t need any weird adjustments. Pretty much what you’d expect when the fit info is right.

I’ve been dealing with Rhino-Rack for a while now as both a dealer and installer, it’s been a easy experience overall. The gear is solid, it shows up how it should, and there’s not much drama involved, which is exactly what you want, right??
Ordering has usually been smooth, and the parts are packed well most of the time. If I’ve had a question or needed to check something, their support team has been easy to get hold of and actually helpful. Isn’t that how it should be??

From an install side, the racks fit well and the instructions are clear enough to get the job done without wasting half the day. Customers are happy when they pick up their vehicles, and that makes my job a whole lot easier too.

The rack itself works fine and feels solid enough. It’s not even about that, the issue is that I still ended up with some light scuffs on the roof paint even with the pads on. I just expected a little better protection there.

I mounted these on my car and it drives fine, so no real complaints there. There is a little wind noise, but it’s not too bad. I did feel a bit ignored when I had questions about it, though, which made the whole experience less great than it could’ve been.

The box showed up in great shape, which was nice to see. No dents, no torn corners, nothing weird like that. The packaging felt solid too, and everything inside looked perfect when I opened it up. So yeah, no complaints there.

I had a small problem with one of the rack parts after a few months, so I filed a warranty claim and didn’t expect much. They replied quickly and just asked for a couple of pictures. The replacement process was simple, and I didn’t have to keep following up. The new part showed up faster than I expected. Really happy with the service, and the rack has been useful overall

I put a Rhino Rack on my SUV and, jumping around a bit here, I’m happy with it overall. The first thing I noticed was that it feels sturdy, like, no sketchy rattling or anything that makes you second-guess it. Driving feels normal too, which I was a little worried about before installing it. Once I get above about 60 mph there’s a light whistle from the wind, not terrible, but it’s there. If I’ve got music on, I barely notice it. Compared to my old bars, the shape seems more aerodynamic, so that probably helps. I did have to mess with the positioning a bit to make it quieter, which was mildly annoying but not a dealbreaker. Anyway, solid setup overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

Main issue is the height. It sits a bit taller than I expected. Not crazy high. Just enough to make me think twice in parking garages and at home. Bit annoying.

Still works fine. Looks decent too. I just wish the height measurements were clearer before I bought it. Good rack overall. Just not quite perfect.

I bought a Rhino Rack for my ute a few months ago, it’s been really solid. I know some people complain about roof racks not feeling sturdy, but this one has handled bikes, timber, and even a roof box on a couple of trips without giving me any reason to worry. The install did take me longer than I expected, but to be fair, that was mostly because a few parts of the instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. Once I figured it out and got it fitted properly, it felt secure and hasn’t shifted or caused any issues. It’s also been through plenty of rain and sun and still looks good, so I don’t really have any complaints about durability. I’d buy it again.
